Your EPK (press kit)
Your EPK — electronic press kit — is a dedicated page on your site built for the people who book and write about you: venues, promoters, festivals, journalists, and radio. It lives at /epk on your site (for example, yourband.sonicbloom.app/epk).
Instead of emailing a messy folder of files, you send one clean link.
What's on it
Your EPK pulls together the things a booker or writer actually asks for:
- A press bio — the longer, professional write-up of who you are.
- Press photos — high-quality images they can use in listings and articles.
- Featured music — the tracks you want to lead with. You choose which release tracks get featured on the EPK using the "feature" toggle on each track.
- Booking and press contacts — the right names, emails, and phone numbers so they can reach the right person.
Adding your press photos
Press photos are the first thing a booker looks for, so make them easy to find. You add them in your EPK page builder — the Press photos section. The quickest way in: open your Profile page and tap Add press photos (under Booking & contact) — it drops you straight into the right spot. Upload high-res shots; they show on your EPK and feed the downloadable ZIP below.
Downloadable press photos
Bookers and press often need to grab your photos for a listing or article. Your EPK offers a "download all photos" ZIP so they can pull every press image in one click — no back-and-forth, no "can you send me a higher-res version?"
Sharing it
As long as your site is Live, your EPK is at yourband.sonicbloom.app/epk (or your custom domain). The quickest way to grab it: on your dashboard, under Send a booker, hit Copy your EPK link. Then paste it into your booking and press outreach.
If your site is still Coming Soon, that link shows a booker your holding page instead — the dashboard warns you when that's the case.
If your site is still Coming Soon, the EPK lives behind the holding page like the rest of your site — so either go Live, or share your bypass password with the specific booker you want to give early access.
Keeping it sharp
- Use a real press bio, not your short site bio — bookers want detail.
- Upload your best, highest-resolution photos.
- Feature the tracks that represent you best live, not just your newest single.
- Double-check the booking contact is the person who actually handles booking.
