What Roadie remembers

A manager who forgot your venues every week wouldn't be much of a manager. So Roadie keeps notes — and unlike most software that does this quietly, it shows you all of them.

Find them at Roadie → What Roadie Remembers in your dashboard.

What's in there

Venues — rooms you've played, with what you learned about them.
Contacts — bookers, sound engineers, promoters, and how to reach them.
Gigs — what happened, what you played, how it went.
Fans — people worth remembering by name.
Reminders — things you asked Roadie to keep an eye on.
Notes — anything else that didn't fit a box ("hates western poster clichés", "tours the Mountain West in spring").

It's yours, and you can change it

Every item can be edited or deleted, one at a time. If Roadie wrote down that the Murray pays $400 and it's actually $500, fix it — Roadie will use the corrected version from then on.

There's also a wipe everything button. It does exactly what it says: all of Roadie's notes about you, gone. Your site, fans, shows and sales are untouched — this only clears what Roadie has remembered.

How things get remembered

Two ways:

You tell it. "Remember that the sound guy at the Elm is called Dave."
It notices. When something clearly worth keeping comes up in conversation, Roadie writes it down on its own.

That second one is a setting. If you'd rather Roadie only remembered things you explicitly asked it to, switch off automatic capture on the same screen. It'll keep working; it'll just stop taking notes unprompted.

Privacy

These notes live in your account and are used for one thing: making Roadie better at helping you. They aren't shared with other artists and they aren't sold. Deleting them deletes them.
